Our Wedding Planning, Coordination and Styling service is provided by our Founder and Principal Stylist, Branka Panici, together with a team of creative assistants.


We understands that wedding excitement goes hand in hand with wedding stress, and therefore recognises that you may:
 

  • Be overwhelmed by the abundance of inspiration available;

  • Have far too many conflicting ideas that you need to pull together; and

  • Want the comfort in knowing that a professional will be with you every step of the way.

 

Our individually tailored wedding planning, coordination and styling service includes but is not limited to, providing you with:

  • A complimentary and obligation free initial consultation;

  • Twenty-four to forty-eight-hour response times;

  • Comfort in knowing that we generally only do one wedding per weekend and that our Founder and Principal Stylist, Branka will personally oversee the day;

  • A list of suggested vendors who will bring our vision, for you, to life;

  • Guidance in the selection of your vendors;

  • Ceremony and reception venue recommendations;
    Unlimited coordination and management of your chosen vendors:

  • Being present at all relevant vendor meetings;

  • A wedding information package outlining every detail possible from what to who;

  • Runsheet Management consisting of a detailed wedding day timeline outlining what will happen from the minute you open your eyes to the moment you close them;

  • Access to our client portal which is used as an electronic document storage system, that you can refer back to at any given time, and contains information relating to all your
    appointments, ensuring no task, meeting or deadline is ever missed;

  • A styling concept plan, floor plans, and 2D and 3D visual representation of your ceremony
    and/or reception setup;

  • An on-site meeting (ceremony and reception) to discuss layout/details;

  • A final meeting one week prior to your wedding day; and

  • On-day ceremony and /or reception styling, as required, event management including set- up and pack-down, and coordination of vendors.

We understand there is no ‘one size fits all’ approach when it comes to your special day. As such, the above is a guide only.

"ON DAY"

Our On Day Coordination and Styling service is provided by our Founder and Principal Stylist, Branka Panici, together with a team of assistants.
 

We understands that some brides enjoy planning their own wedding, but that they need a professional to look after the On Day Coordination and Styling side of things, so that they can
relax and soak it all in. After all your Wedding Day is a once in a life time and should be as stress free as possible.


Our On Day Coordination and Styling service provides you with:

  • A complimentary and obligation free initial phone consultation discussing your requirements and in turn providing you with an official quote;

  • One meeting to discuss items such as :

    • Vendors

    • Floor Plans;

    • Timing; and

    • Styling preferences.

  • Runsheet assistance consisting of a detailed overview and alteration of your On Day timeline, ensuring that vendors such as; Make Up Artist, Hairdressers, Photographers an Videographers have been booked to commence at the appropriate times.

  • Following our meeting with you/one week prior to your Wedding Day, we will prepare and send out a Vendor Information Package, which consists of:

    • Bump In and Out Times;

    • Vendor Contact Details;

    • Set Up Timing Schedule; and

    • Runsheet Information.

  • Comfort in knowing that we generally only do one wedding per weekend and that our Founder and Principal Stylist, Branka will personally oversee the day;

  • On-day ceremony and/or reception coordination and styling, as required, including set-up and pack-down.
